Lisa Ann Hart

Beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend passed away suddenly on Sunday, March 10, 2024. Age 62 years. The daughter of the late Don and Janice (Reid) Snyder, Lisa was born on December 26, 1961 in Saginaw, Michigan. She married Patrick Hart, her loving husband of 29 years, on November 4, 1994. Lisa studied piano locally as well as attended Interlochen Summer Arts Program and University of Michigan Music Program. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Music Education from Saginaw Valley State University. Lisa was an elementary school music teacher at Nouvel Catholic Central Elementary School. She was a faithful member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church. She taught piano lessons for many years to children in the area. Lisa loved music, her students, and most of all her family.


Surviving besides her husband, Pat are two daughters, Chelsea A. (Michael Bloye) Horvath, Bay City; Kathleen E. (Dan Tyler) Hart, Chicago, Illinois; three grandchildren, Riley Painter, Alexa Hart, and Jackson Horn; two great-grandchildren, Charlotte Hart and Jasper Murphy; her step-children, Jennifer Hart, Saginaw; Melissa (Nick) Horn, Freeland; three sisters, Kim (Tom) Anderson, Cathy (Mike Armstrong) Snyder, Lori Snyder; her sister-in-law, Brigid (Stanley Pruss) Hart; two brothers-in-law, Mike Hart and Kevin Hart; several nieces and nephews.

Honoring Lisa’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Funeral Liturgy will take place at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, March 15, 2024 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 1035 N. River Rd. Rev. Fr. Peter Gaspeny will officiate. Friends may visit at The Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd., (between Shattuck and McCarty), where the family will be present on Thursday from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. and on Friday at the church from 12:30 p.m. until the time of Mass. In lieu of flowers, those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to Nouvel Catholic Central Elementary School Music Program or the Versiti Blood Center of Michigan.
