Beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather passed away Monday, July 15, 2024 at Covenant Medical Center Harrison. Age 95 years. Son of the late Wallace and Illa (Hickey) Bartlett, John was born March 11, 1929 in Saginaw, Michigan. Jack served proudly in the U.S. Army. He married Muriel M. Dark, his loving wife of 73 years, on July 7, 1951. She survives him. Jack was the business manager at Draper Chevrolet retiring in 1991. (click here for more information) 

Fred graduated from Michigan Lutheran Seminary. After school, Fred served in the United States Army Reserves. He dedicated 40 years working for General Motors as a metallurgist.

Fred enjoyed learning new things and was an active member of OLLI (Osher Lifelong Learning Institute) at SVSU. Additionally, Fred was an avid sports fan, enjoyed playing pinochle, and camping with friends and family. (click here for more information)
