Diane L. Greenwood, born on November 26, 1952, in Saginaw, departed this world far too suddenly on December 31, 2024, leaving behind a legacy steeped in love, compassion, and nurturing spirit. Diane, a devoted Licensed Practical Nurse, graced the halls of Covenant with her unwavering dedication for many years, embodying the essence of care that she so cherished in her profession. Penny Sue Reimers of Saginaw, Michigan, never met a slot machine or casino she didn’t love. Our beloved mother, grandmother, and sister passed away with her family by her side on Tuesday, December 24, 2024, at 78 years old. Penny Sue DeShone was born on May 29, 1946, in Saginaw, Michigan, to the late Marshall Verne and Leona Mae (Loranger) DeShone. She was a proud 1964 graduate of Saginaw High School. She met her husband of 56 years, William Charles Reimers, as they grew up across the street from one another. They were united in marriage on July 17, 1965. Beloved mother and grandmother passed away Monday, December 23, 2024 from Wellspring Covenant Assisted Living. Age 74 years. The daughter of the late William and Alma (Reese) Garner, Betty was born September 3, 1950 in Saginaw, Michigan. She married Robert J. Goetgeluck on June 20, 1970. He predeceased her June 5, 1996. Working in the clerical field, Betty retired from SS. Peter & Paul Catholic Church as parish secretary. She was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church. (click here for more information) 

Beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather passed away Saturday, December 14, 2024 at Heritage Hill‘s assisted living in Caro Michigan. Age 98. Son of the late Albert P and Esmeralda W (Beierle) LeFevre. Albert was born September 18, 1926 in Detroit, Michigan, he married Geraldine E. (Doerr) on June 24, 1950. They celebrated 54 years of marriage and were blessed with 5 children ,10 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren who adored him, and were inspired by his faith and cheerfulness. Beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away on Monday, December 9, 2024 at her home.  Age 91 years.  The daughter of the late Herman and Rose (Kretz) Boehler,Sr., Violet was born on January 4, 1933 in Saginaw, Michigan.  She married Paul Burback, Sr. on September 29, 1950.  He predeceased her on January 8, 1993. In her younger years, Violet enjoyed woodworking, fishing, hunting, gardening and maintaining a meticulous yard. (click here for information)  

William J. Brookins, beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend passed away on December 4, 2024 at his home. He was 80 years old. Son of the late Joseph Floyd and Louise (Wellman) Brookins, Bill was born on December 21, 1943 in Saginaw, Michigan. He attended SS. Peter and Paul High School, served in the U. S. Navy from 1961-1967, and worked in the beer and wine industry for many years. (click here for more information)
