Deloris Dean
Beloved wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother went to be with the Lord on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at the age of 88 years.
The daughter of the late Joseph and Estelle (Pavwlak) Koviak was born on June 5, 1931 in Detroit, MI. She married Jack L. Dean on October 10, 1953; he survives her. She retired in 1986 after working 22 years for the Diocese of Saginaw. She was an active member of Holy Spirit Catholic Parish, and a member of the Catholic Women’s Auxiliary. Deloris also enjoyed sewing, quilting, golfing and crossword puzzles. (for more information click here)
Norma M. Portner - October 24, 2019
Beloved mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away Sunday, October 20, 2019 at the Brook of Gaylord. Age 90 years. The daughter of the late Theodore and Carmella (Adolfino) Cesarano, Norma was born July 16, 1929 in Chicago, Illinois. She married Carl A. Portner, Sr., on September 20, 1949. He predeceased her June 4, 1991. Norma was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church. She enjoyed sewing, embroidering, gardening, traveling and cooking. On Monday, October 14th, 2019, Richard (Rich) Alan Hemker, loving Husband, Father and Grandfather passed away at home at the age of 67. Rich was born on May 7th, 1952 in Saginaw, Michigan to the late Wellman and Edwina (Ebenhoeh) Hemker. On September 29th, 1973, Rich married the love of his life, Jacquelyn Kelbey of Montrose, MI. Together, they were blessed with one daughter, Janel Hemker and worked together to raise her to be a loving and selfless representation of their family. In December of 1984 he received his Journeyman’s Card in Machine Repair and worked for Delphi Chassis where he retired in 2006. (for more information click here.)

Robert William Coty, 82, passed away in Saginaw on Wednesday, September 4, 2019, after a brief illness.
Bob was born to William and Theresa (Thom) Coty in Saginaw on December 20, 1936. He attended Saginaw area parochial and public schools. Bob became a poet later in life and many of his pieces focus on his adventures and misadventures growing up on Warren Avenue with his 15 siblings.
Bob worked for Peet Packing Company in Chesaning for 25 years. He was a proud member of the United Food and Commercial Workers Union and had served as the local organization’s treasurer and president. (for more information click here.)

Passed away Saturday, October 5, 2019, at his home. Age 92 years.
The son of the late Catherine (Callahan) and Adolph Wenzel was born December 2, 1926 in Saginaw, Michigan. He married Margaret Davis, May 24, 1952. She passed away October 14, 1994. Bernard served with the U.S. Navy during WWII and the Korean War. He was employed as an electrician with Saginaw Control and Engineering. He was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church. He enjoyed fishing, camping and working in his yard and house. (for more information click here.)
