Mary Frances Finkbeiner
Mary Frances Finkbeiner, age 76, of Saginaw, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, in Saginaw. The daughter of Uriah and Frances (Burr) Pringle, Mary was born May 30, 1946, in Saginaw.
Mary worked as a sales associate with JC Penney several years. She enjoyed trips to the casino and bird watching. Mary was a longtime volunteer with her husband, John, at the Ecumenical Food Pantry at First Presbyterian Church. She especially loved spending time with her family and adored her grandchildren, enjoying watching them play sports and participate in their various activities.
Mary is survived by her children, Teresa (Curt) Mielke and John (Karin) Finkbeiner II; grandchildren, Bailey and Spencer (Eryn) Mielke and Nolan and Regan Finkbeiner; great grandson, Curtis John “CJ” Mielke; siblings, Bill (Jan) Pringle, Pat (Gordon) Jewett, and Carole (Dick) Mellott; aunt, Edith Burr; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Mary was preceded in death by her husband, John Finkbeiner; her parents.
Visitation will take place Wednesday, August 3, 2022, 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., with a vigil service held at 7:00p.m., at Fischer Family Funeral Home, 504 N. Michigan Avenue, Saginaw, MI 48602. Visitation will continue on Thursday, August 4, 2022, 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 1035 N. River Road, Saginaw, MI 48609. Rev. Fr. Peter Gaspeny will officiate. Interment will take place at St. Andrew Cemetery, Saginaw.
