Gary Wayne Premo
Beloved husband, father, brother and friend passed away on Sunday, November 21, 2021 at the age of 51 years.
The son of the late Diane (Matuzak) and Edward Premo was born on March 26, 1970 in Saginaw. He graduated from Swan Valley High School, the class of 1989. He married Michele Bedore on August 3, 1991; she survives him. He also served in the Army National Guard from 1989 to 1993. He drove tractor trailers for Melody Farms and Country Fresh as a milkman for many years and was a Captain on the Zilwuakee Fire Department. He was a former member of the Eagles Club and loved to coach softball, hockey, basketball and soccer for all of his kids and adult leagues. He enjoyed fishing, darts, bowling, camping and spending time with his family.
Surviving besides his wife, Michele, are their children: Dr. Megan (Matthew) Leser, DPT, Danielle Premo, Caleb Premo, his brothers: Brian (Renae) Premo, Donald (Suzette) Premo, Jason (Andrea) Premo, his sister-in-law Elizabeth Bedore and several nieces, nephews, relatives and friends including his godson and nephew, Luke Premo. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by a son, Corey Andrew Premo, his grandparents Thelma (Bass) and Vincent Matuzak.
Funeral service will take place at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 24, 2021 at the Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 1035 N. River Rd. Rev. Fr. Peter J. Gaspeny will officiate with cremation to follow. Friends may visit with the family at the W. L. Case and Company Funeral Chapel, 4480 Mackinaw Rd. on Tuesday from 2:00p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Wednesday at the church from 12:00 noon until the time of the funeral service. Memorial contributions may be made to the family's wishes.Â
