Donna Mae Beador

Donna Mae Beador (nee Jarabeck), 79, of Newport Beach, CA, passed away peacefully on July 15, 2023. Born on October 24, 1943, in Saginaw, Michigan, Donna was a beloved mother, grandmother, and sister. 

Donna was known for her selfless nature and putting others' needs before her own. She was always willing to lend a helping hand. Her greatest joy came from spending time with her granddaughters. Family was of utmost importance to her.

Donna had a successful career as a Sales Associate at Saks Fifth Avenue, where she dedicated over 20 years of her life. Donna was known for providing outstanding customer service with clients who repeatedly came back to see her. Donna was a faithful member of the Catholic church, where she found solace and strength. Her religious beliefs provided her with guidance and comfort throughout her life.

In her free time, Donna loved to read. Her favorite author was Danielle Steel, and she was known to finish reading an entire book in one day. Donna also had an extensive collection of Precious Moments figurines, which she loved to collect over the years. This hobby brought her joy and allowed her to appreciate the beauty of these unique collectibles.

A memorial service to celebrate Donna's life will be held on August 18, 2023 at 11:00am, at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, located at 1035 N. River Road, Saginaw, Michigan 48609. 

Donna is survived by her loving children, Vicki Beador, David Beador, and Lori Popma; her cherished granddaughters, Kelsea Popma, Sophie Beador, Adeline Beador, Stella Beador, and Anna Beador; as well as her dear siblings, Jeanne Kade, Margaret Hagerl, Lawrence Jarabeck, Karen Wurtzel, Sharon Iler, and Alice Wurtzel. She was preceded in death by her parents, Lawrence and Alfreida Jarabeck, her brother, Robert Jarabeck and sister, Mary Willson.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society or St. Jude's Children's Hospital. Contributions in Donna's memory will help support important research and provide care to those in need.

May Donna's soul rest in eternal peace, and may her memory be a source of comfort and inspiration to all who knew and loved her.
