Mary Ann "Beet" Bauer

Mary Ann was born on December 12, 1936, in Saginaw, Michigan, to the late Carl and Martha (Junemann) Simmet. She graduated from Sacred Heart High School, class of 1954. Mary Ann married Nathan Bauer on April 15, 1961. Together they shared 37 years of marriage until Nathan's passing on October 16, 1998. Throughout her life Mary Ann worked various jobs. She was a bookkeeper for Bridgeport Country Club and Swan Valley Golf Course. She also worked as a bank teller at Michigan National and as a secretary for Thiel Electric. Mary Frances Finkbeiner

Mary Frances Finkbeiner, age 76, of Saginaw, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 26, 2022, in Saginaw. The daughter of Uriah and Frances (Burr) Pringle, Mary was born May 30, 1946, in Saginaw. Mary worked as a sales associate with JC Penney several years. She enjoyed trips to the casino and bird watching. (click here for more information)

Doris Mae Jacques

Jacques, Doris Mae of Saginaw, Michigan passed away on Monday, July 25, 2022 at Wescourt in Saginaw Township. She was 96 years old. Doris Crampton was born on September 13, 1925 to Lawrence and Cecilia (Graham) Crampton. She married Kenneth A. Jacques on January 17, 1948 at Ss. Peter & Paul Catholic Church. Cynthia Carolyn Marcoux

The daughter of the late Olga (Schumm) and Otto Stroebel was born August 7, 1945 in Saginaw, Michigan. She graduated from Arthur Hill High School at 16 years of age with the Class of 1962. She was an exchange student in Ireland. Cynthia graduated from Central Michigan University with her Master’s in Education degree. She taught in the Saginaw Public Schools for many years and was a member of the N.E.A; M.E.A. and served as President of the Saginaw Education Association. (click here for more information)

June Ann Foulds

June was born on December 18, 1946, in Saginaw to the late Agnes (Emerick) and Ralph Foulds Sr. She graduated from Arthur Hill High School, class of 1964. June went on to get an Associate Degree in science from Delta College and then to receive a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Michigan State University. She worked in the lab at Nodular and Grey Iron for General Motors as a supervisor in the water treatment department. In her free time June enjoyed golfing, playing cards, and fishing. Edith M. Pappas (Salwasser)

The daughter of the late Herman and Frances (Jarema) Riedel, Edith was born on November 16, 1939, in Saginaw, Michigan and was a 1957 graduate of Arthur Hill. She worked as an office manager for Pembroke. Edith married George Pappas on June 25, 1994; he survives her. In her free time, she was an artist who loved painting and drawing, as well as scrapbooking. Edith was a passionate baker and a great cook. (click here for more information)

James R. Curran

Beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at his home surrounded by his family. Age 77 years. Son of the late Robert and Arline (Deichman) Curran, James was born December 3, 1944 in Saginaw, Michigan. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1963 to 1969 and a member of American Legion Post #439. James married Ann L. Raymaker, his loving wife of 57 years, on February 6, 1965. She survives him. Jim was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers for 50 years working at Nelson Electric for 30 years. (click here for more information)

Raymond Darabos, Sr.

Beloved husband, father, grandfather and brother passed away tragically before his time on Saturday, July 9, 2022. Son of the late Joseph and Catherine (Decker) Darabos, Raymond was born on December 14, 1952 in Saginaw, Michigan. He grew up in St. Charles, Michigan, with his mother and stepfather, Harry Stevenson. As a child, Ray loved spending time with his eight siblings and playing football. Ray was a dedicated family-man, through and through, and a loyal friend. The true joy in Ray’s life was his wife, Victoria, whom he married on June 21, 1980. In their 42 years together, Ray and Vicky built a wonderful family of five children, twelve grandchildren and many great-grandchildren. (click here for more information)
