Theresa Radziewicz

Loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother passed away Thursday, February 2, 2023 at Edgewood Assisted Living.  Age 92 years. Daughter of the late Vincent and Agnes (Mroz) Blazejewski, Theresa was born August 17, 1930 in Saginaw, Michigan. She was married to Tony Radziewicz on November 23, 1973. He predeceased her. Theresa was an accountant for Public Housing and St. Mark Catholic Church in AuGres. She was a member of Holy Spirit Catholic Church and volunteered help for their funeral luncheons. She was also a member of the Knights of Columbus Council #4232 Ladies Auxiliary. She enjoyed going to the casino and especially spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

 Surviving to cherish her memory are three daughters and one son, Kathy “Joe Wedding” Bryant, Portland, Oregon; Ann and John Mannion, Portage; Lori and Ken Frey, Saginaw; Steven and Kim Bryant, Midland; three step-children, Ruth Howell, Essexville; Stanley Radziewicz, Bay City; Margie and Don Dubois, New Hampshire; 14 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Emily Slivinski, Saginaw; a special friend, Beth Michelson; many nieces and nephews. Theresa was preceded in death by two daughters, Mary Terese Bryant and Marlene Radziewicz; one step-son, Tony Radziewicz; three sisters and five brothers, Mike, Stella, Pelagia, Marie, John, Edward, Frank and Walt.

 Funeral Liturgy will take place 11:00 a.m. Monday February 6, 2023 at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 1035 N. River Rd., Saginaw. Rev. Fr. Peter J. Gaspeny will officiate. Honoring Mrs. Radziewicz’s wishes cremation will follow with burial of cremains in Mt. Olivet Cemetery at a later date. Friends may visit at the Snow Funeral Home, 3775 N. Center Rd. (between Shattuck and McCarty) where the family will be present on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and at the church on Monday from 10:00 a.m. until time of Mass. The Knights of Columbus Council #4232 Ladies Auxiliary will pray the Rosary at 3:00 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home. Those planning an expression of sympathy may wish to consider memorials to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, Care Team Hospice or Holy Spirit Catholic Church.
